"This hotel, although a one night stay was incredible. Everything from the beds to the robes were very comfortable and the view was just amazing. Amenities, like the pool and spa were roomy and great to relax in. To top it all off, the next morning there was a beautiful breakfast buffet that had foods like fresh fruits, eggs and more. Overall, this hotel was an awesome stay and I would highly recommend it!"

"We had a couple of great days at this very welcoming place. Extremly friendly owners and staff. Good service, good food, nice garden and well filled brealfast buffé with lots of good things and good italian cappuccino. All enjoyable with a good view of the valley!! We aim to come back!"

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. "An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "

"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "
