"After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. "Fantastic stay. Super clean, super modern, super nice hotel room...the only thing that sucks is the accommodation fee, or whatever it's called for when you check in and there's a stupid fee you have to pay. I already paid for the hotel stay, I shouldn't have to pay even more money for no reason. Luckily I had already heard about that Japanese hotels do that, because if I hadn't heard about it, we wouldve chosen another hotel that doesn't make their paying customers pay a stupid fee on top of the hotel fee."
