價格合理，如果可以提早至3點check-in更好

各方面都很好，負責人亦很友善。唯獨是check-in時間較遲，一般旅館下午3點已可check-in, 但這間旅館要下午5點才可check-in,在冬季-3度的情況下，實在有點難耐！

スタッフが気さくで建物もきれいなので居心地が良かったです。 共同の浴室も源泉掛け流しで清潔感があります。正直、温泉に入るだけならホテル内のもので十分満足できるなあと感じました。

遇到館中的全部工作人員，都非常有禮。唯獨梗性規定在館內必需穿提供的拖鞋，對於有鞋患及在上下樓梯時感困難。浴場冇柜可鎖起私人物品及房匙。早餐美味，但8:45已停止供應

とっても親切なホテル

車で向かったのですが、夜に到着して駐車場に停めに行くのに、従業員の方が運転して停めてくれたりしました。朝食も一人一人に手作りで、パンも焼いてあったり、細かい気遣いに本当にいいと思いました。お湯の説明も十分にしてもらったりもしました。防音になっていないので、音が漏れたりするので、ひとり旅や、ゆっくりとまったりとするなら、間違いなくここをまた選ぶと思います。エレベーターが無いので、大きな荷物だと、大変ですが、荷物を計算して部屋に持っていけばいいのかなとも、考えました。また、利用させてもらいたいなと思いました。

コンパクトで清潔

草津温泉は元々外湯利用と外でご飯を食べるつもりなのでホテルのお風呂は重要視してはいなかったのですが、小さいながらも清潔で掛け流しなのが気に入りました。 朝食もちょっと足りないくらいだけど、外で何か食べることを考えたらちょうどよい量でした。 湯畑からも近くて静かな場所にあり、ちょっと歩けば大滝の湯があったので便利でした。 スタッフの対応も親切でゆっくり休むことができました。

ひとり旅には快適な宿

草津音楽祭コンサート鑑賞のために利用。温泉街にありながら珍しいビジネスホテルタイプの宿。そのため温泉旅館にありがちな女将たちの仰々しい接客はないが、スタッフはみな礼儀正しく、適度な距離感をもって接してくれるので居心地良かった。客層(朝食時のダイニングの様子)もひとり旅が半分、カップルが半分という感じ。団体客や合宿学生、外国人などによる喧騒に悩まされることも無く、静かに過ごせた。大浴場(もちろん温泉)もほぼ貸し切り状態。朝食も美味かった。特にオムレツが。なお、ひとつ難点を挙げれば施設内にエレベーター設置されていなかったこと。3階建なので問題ないといえばそうかもしれないが、膝を怪我している身としては少々きつかった。家族に年配者がいたら大変だろう。リノベーションのときにバリアフリーといった考えはなかったのかと思ってしまう。ただ、湯畑や外湯、コンビニも近くにあるなどロケーションは良好、コストパフォーマンスもいいので次回も利用したい。
