"Breakfast is at the store next door, but it’s good! Room was clean. Nothing to complain about, it was a standard business hotel in Japan, small, but great for a night or few."

From the time we stepped in to the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and checked out the hospitality was amazing!
We were always greeted with a smile. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Nothing was a problem at all.
The room was very spacious, clean and the view was amazing from the 25th floor. No tall builds obstructing your view. You had everything you needed and more

Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes.

The hotel is very close to Nagoya main station, there are quite a lot of resturant and convenience stores. 7-11 is just located in hotel level one.
The only downside with this hotel is the room is quite small.

We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. I want to give a special shout out to concierge staff named “Go To” for going out of the way in making us feel so welcome and at home even before we checked in. She was also of great help in helping us source a vacuum cleaner to seal our vacuum sealable bag! It’s located at a great location, very well connected to JR Nagoya Station and Midland Square.

Lamp hotel was an absolute gem in Nagoya - convenient location, great rooms (small but consistent with Japanese hotels, well laid out and comfortable beds) and staff were lovely. The lobby with its library and 24-hr cafe was fantastic and a lovely place to relax. We would happily stay here again!!

First time staying in Sotetsu Hotel brand and it completely took us as a big surprise. The room was pleasant and spacious. Set in a central location near the fish market and Nagoya Station. It was a great hotel base as we were doing a couple of inter travelling to other prefectures such as Gifu and Nagano through paid third party travel tour operators. Will highly recommended it.
