"Nice place with a wonderful view"

"富山マラソンで、予定していたホテルが駄目になり、ここを見つけました。いわゆるファッションホテルですが、ビジネスユース可だったので躊躇することなく。 ホテルロビーで電話で職員を呼び出しして、予約の部屋に案内されました。通常だと、ロビーのパネルで部屋を選ぶようです。部屋は広いし、音も静か、会員登録すると、食事の一部サービスも付きます。ただし、駅から遠いです。翌朝は、準備運動がてらジョギングして行きました。マラソンは、無事完走出来ました。ありがとうございます。 "

"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "After going thru somewhat complicated after-hours entry, we found the room spacious and spotless with fantastic views."

"We did not realize that dinner and breakfast was not included even though it said kaiseki meal in the description. One of the nearby restaurants was closed and the other would not seat foreigners. The staff did offer to call us a taxi to take us to a restaurant 10 minutes away, but we ended up eating snacks from the hotel store for dinner. Luckily we were able to add on breakfast the following morning. But our room was wonderful, staff was helpful, and the property was gorgeous."
