This was our second time staying at Vischio Hotel in Toyama. We love the area and how convenient it is located to the train station, as well as food/shopping. The property has a public bath for guests to use which is very relaxing after traveling in Japan. Vischio also has washing machines and amenities in case you have forgotten something (e.g., toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, razors, etc.). The property is clean, as well as the rooms. The rooms are spacious and you can mirror your phone on the TV so you can watch shows. We will stay at Vischio in the future.

Great hotel on 7th floor of a shopping complex, just mere steps away from the JR station. Room was clean and safe, and staff were helpful. Remember to request for two free tram ride tickets at reception.

A lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel and very convenient to the train station. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly. I would have been happy to have spent longer there.

Location excellent - near to train and bus stations. Hotel just above the Maroot shopping mall. Staff speaks good English and are helpful and approachable especially Yoshimura.

Hotel Staff Was Great! Public Bath So So

Great location, breakfast and helpful staff. You can find it right off the station. The hotel is located above a mall, with easy access to restaurants on the 4th floor. The breakfast was great! Lots of options and well worth the price. Hotel staff was helpful and even helped us fill out the mailing paper to ship our luggage to the next hotel. The public bath was smaller and much more crowded than expected but it did the job.

The hotel location is very close to the JR station with a wide variety of food store around. Room is in good and tidy condition with enough moving space. Good experience.

Hotel is great and convenient

Just a couple mins walk from JR Shinkansen, inside a small shopping mall with a variety of eateries. Staffs are all very friending. Only comment is the public bath. Wish they provide amenities in the women bath, and a basket to bring towels to the bath. Other than that, stay is very comfortable and would come back again.

This property was clean and has a lot of amenities. There is an onsen at the property, a place to do laundry, vending machines, a microwave in a shared area along with a hot and cold cafe which was a self service machine, and tea. The rooms were comfy and clean. There was a lot of shopping in the same building, as well as restaurants. The train station is 3/5 minutes away from the property. There is a 7/11, McDonalds and other fast foods available at the train station as well. You can catch the cable car at the train station to venture out in Toyama. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when they shipped our luggage to Tokyo for us. We woukd stay at this property again

Like every aspect of this hotel . A perfect 10/10. The hotel location is perfect . Stone throw away from the Toyama station and dentetsu Toyama station . Well located as it is on the upper flow of a shopping complex . Lots of eateries around . The tram is also Very near to the hotel. Thoughtful as there is a coffee machine available for its guest at the rest area . During night time they have offered biscuits as light snacks. Onsite parking is convenient . The top floor of the parking is connected to the hotel entrance . For those who plan to pickup a car from the Toyota rent a car office, the rental is office is very near and easily spotted . Staff is also well train and attentive. Breakfast perfect spread . During peak period it’s best to make a reservation for the breakfast during check-in time Would choose to stay there again if I am in Toyama next time .

Excellent location, right next to JR station. Parking is very close to main entrance on top of the parking lot, great parking arrangements. Room is very nice with a view to the mountain ranges too.

【良い点】 ・朝食からお寿司が食べられる ・チェックイン時、しろえびせんべい、チェックアウト時は、島川あめ3個セットをいただけたこと。 【その他】 ・部屋タイプ（指定なしで予約）ツインをリクエストしてたが、要望が叶わず、プラス料金を払って変えてもらいました。その際も丁寧にご説明いただきましたが、こんなことは初めてでしたので少しショックでした。自業自得なんですけどね…。 部屋も綺麗ですし、エレベーターもそんなに待たず、静かに過ごせてとてもよかったです。 またぜひ再訪させてください♪
