Hotel Palm Royal Resort Kokusai Street
10/10 Excellent
"Overall a great hotel with fun pool vibe, great breakfast options, and nice amenities (public bath, laundry) the bed was very firm, which is expected at many Japanese hotels, but too firm for me. However everything else made up for it and I would definitely go back. Parking is in a different area, two options. They didn’t provide adequate instructions the first time and I parked first in the wrong lot and second in the right lot but did it incorrectly (you need to tell them explicitly you are staying at that hotel). Also received incorrect information about picking up the car. But the staff are kind and still helpful. "
"A few hours after we checked out, my son realized that he might have left his luxurious eyeglasses in the room, fortunately, they were found at the front desk- the housekeeping staff had already turn them in, we are very grateful."
"This hotel is centrally located to the main shopping district in Naha with great dining options close by. The staff was outstanding and facilities were great. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Naha. Okinawa. "
"Great location, very convenient when wanting to go anywhere in the Makishi area and market. The staff were also accommodating whenever we needed their assistance, and we enjoyed being able to help ourselves to some delicious drinks (teas, juices, as well as various alcohol choices), and grab a scoop, or two!, of the local Blue Seal ice cream in their very own cooler!
We would definitely stay here again if rooms are available the next time we make it out to Naha! "
