"We were here for 4 nights. The rooms are small, the bathroom was next to the bed so there is no privacy. The deck had a nice view but nothing to sit on to enjoy it. The lighting was very low making the rooms dark. The shower water pressure was aweful. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The proximity of this hotel was great. The airport is 8 min away! The access to the beach is across the street, where you can rent chairs and umbrella’s. Cash is best for this. The breakfast was extra and ok, not great. Many other places within walking distance. The hotel bar was open until 9pm. They were out of a lot of things so drinks were ok. Overall, it was OK"

"Unlike other hotels, If you don’t put the maid service sign on your door your room will not be cleaned. Also, arrangements should be made with the airport for guests parking. I had to pay $30 a day to park my rental. That added to the nightly cost of the room…well let’s say I could have gotten someplace cheaper and just as nice. The complimentary breakfast is decent. The hotel is a nice, clean, fabulous scented hotel. Well kept and maintained."

"Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright."

"Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive "
