Our flight had a delay, arriving next day. Not aware the Island was having water supply issues. We were expecting ESJ Towers to be fully prepared for these types of occasions. They were not..At 8pm we had no water to shower. Floor was dirty. The salt dispenser was the worst ' Rust inside out...We also noticed mold growing on furniture. Since I moved out of PR' dreamed to stay here. But this could be the first and last one.

Tengo muchas cosas que decir al respecto, pero quiero resumir que todo fue pésimo en ese hotel, estuve por tres días, primeramente no teníamos agua, el aire no funcionaba bien, renté una habitación de las más caras que se suponía que tenía vista al mar y nada, no hay ni tan siquiera dónde comprar nada de comer dentro del hotel, la piscina no estaba funcionando, el gimnasio y el Laundry tampoco, mucho menos cambiaban las toallas, creo que para el precio que pagué hubiese podido reservar cualquier otro hotel, con mucha mejor calidad y atención.
