Three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium with vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom sleeps two with queen bed and widescreen HDTV with DVD. Master bathroom with walk-in shower. Second bedroom sleeps three with bunk beds and trundle. Has HDTV with DVD and PlayStation 2. Second bedroom is connected by bathroom with tub/shower to third bedroom with full bed that sleeps two. Third bedroom with Xbox, HDTV and DVD. Living area with 'L' shaped sofa with 'sleeper sofa' that sleeps two. Roku TV / Hulu + Live TV with widescreen HDTV, Wii gaming system.
Kitchen with new appliances including refrigerator, range, microwave oven and dishwasher. Granite countertops with dishes, cookware, toaster, multi-serving and Keurig coffee makers and blender. Round table seats four in dinette area of kitchen with barstools seating four at raised bar counter area.

Spacious condo. Good accommodations. Good internet connection. Cookware needs to be replaced. Must drive to the beach because you have to cross the busy highway. Quiet condo community.

Great Location - Needs better housekeepers
We come to this condo every year but our usual apartment was already booked so we ended up getting the unit above it. Wonderful place and location but this unit needs a deep clean. Streaks all over the fridge, the exterior kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned thoroughly as well. Bathroom floor and floor mat was dirty, floors needed a good vacuuming and mopping. Other than that the apartment was nice.

What an amazing location with a place that has it all!
This unit is perfectly located where you can walk to the beach, the outlet, local restaurants, and a short drive to tons of stores. The dock was awesome for fireworks and fishing and the pool on-site was great for days you needed a break from the sand. The unit has plenty of space and can easily accommodate 6-8 people! The owner was super responsive when we had a situation that we needed addressed and is located nearby for super fast response.

Lovely 3rd floor condo with a view of the Sound
Both my visiting family and then myself (for a week alone) truly enjoyed staying at this Sugar Creek complex. I loved drinking my coffee each morning and watching the water. Plus there were plenty of restaurant and recreational choices available.

New to Condo stays
We had a wonderful time at this condo. Went to OBX for some fun in the sun and down time with our family and another family. I am typically drawn to a rental house when looking for a vacation and have not thought of condo stays on our past trips. Well this time we decided to try something different and were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and more spacious than anticipated! The facility was not crowded or loud, there was hardly anyone in the pool at any given time, we enjoyed crabs at the outside bar area over looking the sound, were able to walk to the beach if chose or drive, and there were beach supplies available had we not had ours (chairs, a cart)!

Close proximity to the Ocean
We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. Lovely views of the sunset over the sound. There is some traffic noise from the highway, and we were a group with three kids under 5 so it wasn't feasible for us to walk across the highway to the beach. Perhaps with older kids this wouldn't be an issue. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. The neighbors were friendly and quiet.

Wonderful Family Trip
Beautiful, clean rental! Convenient to beach and all of the best restaurants! Owner was wonderful and answered any questions that we had! The views from the balcony were gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again!!
