2家族で利用しましたが、ベッドルームやバス、トイレが2箇所ずつあり快適に過ごせました！ 中華街にも近く利便性はとても良かったです。 チェックインの際のメールが当日朝までに届くとありましたが、届か無かった点だけはマイナスですが、その他はとても良かったです。

立地はとてもいい。

他の口コミにも書いてあったのですが、無人フロントでのチェックインの為、事前に暗証番号がメールで届くはずなのが届かず、ホテルに入るのに連絡をとったりしなくてはならなくなったのが残念でした。 電話はすぐにつながって対応は親切でした。 立地は中華街のすぐそばで、飲食店が多いエリアなので、買い物にも観光にも便利です。 部屋の中も静かで快適に過ごせました。

とても綺麗でした ただ、チェックインのやり方が当日になっても送られてこず、困りました。 そのあと、電話で丁寧に対応してくれたので助かりましたが、それまでずっと不安でした。

ホテル自体は新しくて設備も充実していて大満足だが、事前に予約がちゃんと取れていることを管理会社に電話で確認していたにもかかわらず、長崎観光を終えヘトヘトでホテルに到着すると、中に入る為には暗証番号が必要らしく知らされていないことが判明。 管理会社に連絡するも、何度調べてもなぜか予約が取れていないとのこと。中に入れてもらえずに長い時間待たされた後結局システムエラーで確認が取れなかっただけだったとの連絡。 その後もチェックインの方法もよくわからず電話やメールでやりとりをしたりでさらに時間がかかり、楽しみにしていた中華街での夕飯もコロナのせいなのか早めに入店を締め切る店が多く、予定していた店には間に合わずに違う店で食べるはめになり、かなり残念でした。 何もトラブルがなければ本当にいいホテルなのでしょうが、こういう時無人なのは不便だと感じました。 コロナで本当に久しぶりの家族旅行だったのですごく残念でした。 でも、とても安くていいホテルだったので、また機会があれば次は何もトラブルが無いことに期待してまた利用したいです。
