Romantic Lodge; walking distance to snow slopes

I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean on arrival however our room was not cleaned during the stay. We were pleased and surprised to be provided with cooked breakfast included which was included in the price. The snow slopes are within walking distance however we were provided with transport to and from any local snow resort based around our personal schedule. Additionally transport to and from restaurants; train and bus stations were also provided. Overall the customer service exceeded all my expectations and I will definitely stay there again if I return to the Hakuba region.
