"A small hotel in a sketchy part of town. Rooms are modern and attractive but a very poor design. Toilet/bath and bed are all in one room, separated by a clear glass wall. The only way to get privacy is to close THREE blinds, and from the outside (bed side), leaving no way to enter the bathroom. Electrical issues--one light was not working and the bathroom light could not be turned OFF. Night clerk said shutting the blinds would cut the light. Also pretty noisy. "The bed was nice and firm but the pillows were too firm. I think it would be nice to have an option available to guests for a firm or soft pillow. I did not have the time to check out the amenities, but I think they are nice touches. I think it would be beneficial to have a common microwave on each floor (if you do not already do this) that way the food odors do not settle in the elevator."
"The staff was very generous. Altough I checked out four hours too late. They were nice enough to bag all my stuff. Not one piece was missing. They were also very polite about my situation. They probably move about 150lbs of stuff off the fourth floor. Thank you staff. "
