"Issues with the shower on the first night and the sink drainage was bad also had a hard time opening the door with key card. Second day we had issue with the key card again and even when we have closed the door, the door was able to open without a key card. Staff were friendly and tried to rectify issues where they could. They offered to shift us to another room but shared that the issue with the shower pressure would be the same. The positive was that staff were friendly and it is located right...
