"We never got the towels we needed such as face towels and hand towels. Shampoo conditioners and body wash was in short supply. No ice bucket and when we went to get ice from the roof bar as suggested by your front desk they were not willing to give it as easily. Water pressure was always low"

"Staff were amazing, facilities are a little dated and the beds weren't the most comfy but it was only for 1 night before we flew out of Nadi. The Breakfast was basic and not great, the hashbrowns tasted and looked like they were cooked last week and refrigerated."

"The place is fantastic, enjoyed our stay. The only thing is when breakfast is included on charge, we would be excepting full English Breakfast or Buffet not the "continental one 😆😆😆".Guests are special envoys and always remember the food they ate ! If possible update for option of full breakfast! ..."
