I loved the location and breakfast. Room was adequate. Fair amount of street noise but liked to be in center of El Nido. This is a good value but dont expect upscale hotel experience. Staff were helpful and friendly.…

It is a disgusting room, ants every where, on the bead, floor, in the shower. You need to climb 200 stars to the room. There is a mold in the shower, in the kitechen. I ordered this place to 6 nights and we had staying there only one night and change to other hotel. They didn't accepet our compliances and told us to talk with the hotels site where we did the reservation. The hosts we really helpful when we needed to stay another night because my girlfriend got sick. Breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and clean. A/C worked good. Location isn't amazing but the walk is nice so it isn't that bad. Overall a great stay in El Nido.…

We enjoyed staying at the Lagun hotel and it was excellent value compared to a lot of the other hotels. We organised transfers with them, they were quick to reply to any of our questions prior to our arrival. The pool area was excellent and loved going in the pool. Breakfast was excellent and were the staff at breakfast. Rooms were spacious, stylish and comfortable. Sometimes we had to ask for our room to be cleaned at 5pm or thereafter even which was a surprise! Mainly we were worried as we wanted clean towels or toilet rolls. This was then actioned on our request. Their is a bar at the pool but it always opened late in the day around 3pm which is when the sun had gone behind the rocks so a lot of people left the pool area at that time it would be better if it opened earlier. Drinks were available earlier but you had to go down to reception to get them.
