"We had the most amazing stay here honestly, it was even better than I expected. We stayed in the Cocoon and everything about it was perfect. The room itself was outstanding, so unique and comfortable, with the most unreal view to wake up to every day. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Check in was so easy and welcoming, and they even let us check in early because our room was already ready, which we really appreciated after travelling. It was also great that you don’t have to pay anything until checkout, which made everything feel really relaxed and hassle free. The shuttle service was fantastic and super convenient they organised our airport transport for us and picked us up right outside our room. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast each morning was delicious as well. Overall, such a beautiful experience and I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting El Nido!"

"Clean hotel in excellent location. Pool was super nice and breakfast was excellent. The gym and spa were top notch as well. My only complaint was the constant outside noise from the property behind the hotel, but with the AC running it crowded most of it out."

"Where do I even begin? My fiancé and I arrived at the hotel only to realise we had accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double. That wasn’t a major issue for us, but when we entered the room, we discovered that one of the beds was broken. I went to reception and politely asked for a different room. I was told this was impossible because there were supposedly no rooms available. I then requested a full refund so we could stay elsewhere, which I felt was a reasonable solution considering the condition of the room. Instead, I was told that our only options were to either stay in the room with the broken bed or leave and “fight for a refund.” To make matters worse, they claimed no manager was available. After around 30 minutes of arguing, they suddenly managed to find us another room — despite previously insisting there were none available. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The bathroom in the new room did not flush properly, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. After returning from dinner that evening, we then found two large cockroaches running around the room, which I had to deal with myself. The next morning, there was yet another cockroach in the room. That was the final straw. We checked out early and moved to another hotel, which was a far better experience. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing due to the poor room conditions, lack of customer service, hygiene issues, and misleading information from staff. Not Recommended. "

"Entire staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you enjoy every moment of your stay. They even let us check out late (normally 12noon) knowing our flight to Manila was in the evening. All available water sports amenities were complementary including vest and snorkeling gear. Lifeguard is available all day and always ready to help — ie use paddle board or launch kayak. Filtered water is available all throughout the facility which is a delight given the Palawan heat. Will surely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. We had the best experience ever— better than Hawaii or Cabo— from staff to beach view and beach time including the pool and spa. Thank you Seda for a wonderful start of our retirement journey."

"Really enjoyed my stay at this location. The room was huge. The AC worked great and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is only a few mins walking to nearby stores. It was about a ten min walk to the meeting point for the boat tour.Overall a great experience!!"

"The room been a little smelly, shower pressure was bad and need replacement same as door for the room because i had hard time to close it from the inside. Lots of dead insects swimming in the pool and nobody to clean it, also the water was salty so probably pumped from the sea, so we didn't really used it. The view was Great the area peaceful, staff tried best but a lot need to be done to make the resort up to standards."
