"This resort is a paradise. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. It is very clean and it looks like a retreat. Food is healthy, the property is eco-friendly The room are not big, but just enough to spend a delicious and luxury stay. They have three pools. And the view is just stunning If I were to return, I would definitely book again this resort"

"Our stay at Mansion Buenavista was wonderful. Noud, the owner, and the entire staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was always spotless. The food was delicious, with every meal prepared fresh and full of flavor. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offers breathtaking views. What made our stay truly special was the warm, personalized hospitality—we felt more like welcomed guests than customers. Honestly, this was even better than staying at a hotel because of the personal attention, comfort, and home-like atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay with outstanding service, great food, and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Mansion Buenavista. We would definitely stay here again."

"Their guest service is wonderful! The included shuttle to and from the airport and to local beaches is great! All of the staff are kind and attentive. I had issues with my first room but the hotel quickly provided a room move and sent me fruit and a bottle of wine. The location is situated close enough to town by walking but far enough to not be of the middle of it all. The cliff slide pool/roof deck area is beautiful. Loved the free tote bag as well. The turndown service was also very nice and included cookies. Also the mini bar is complimentary your first consumption. They also will do your laundry complimentary once (I learned this later after I used a service in town) but will note this for next time. The staff learn your names and provide an amazing experience/stay."

"The hotel was conveniently located two blocks from the beach with a roof-top bar that overlooks the bay. The staff was over-the-top accommodating, food was great and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks. TV was modern with streaming, internet was reliable. The room was comfortable and clean. Downsides, coffee maker in the room didn't work (but in all fairness we forgot to mention it), bed wasn't super comfortable, rooftop bar wifi disconnects you hourly, and parking was scarce but they valet for you if necessary. Highly recommend and we'll be back."

"My wife and I really enjoyed the Town. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, very responsive. Room was nice, simple but nice. The Town is not a luxury resort, it is just a very simple hotel which is clean, great location and has what you need. Pros- perfect location. Right in the middle of the main road, it is a 5 second walk to book tours, pharmacy, good food etc. Right across the street from Big Bad Thai, cloud 9 etc. Free coffee, arctic cold AC and Hot showers. Bed was comfortable. My favorite was a balcony overlooking the street. Not so great- wifi was weak, no blanket, OK for me but my wife likes a blanket when she sleeps. Noise- since it is on the main street lots of noise but for us honestly it added to the vibe. The front desk actually provides ear plugs as a gesture. Will stay there again if given the opportunity!"

"We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep."
