Very quaint boutique hotel hidden away from the noise and hustle of El Nido. Enjoyed my 4 days here, staff was A+ and the room was a modern design with all you need to unwind.
very clean room, location was great, walking distance to the best beach in elnido "nacpan beach" breakfast was simple but very good and dining in the garden was a great touch!Magnus, Ran and Francis are super friendly, attentive and helpful!! Will definitely comeback! This place is highly recommended for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place but also just a ride to the town for all the action and a short walk to the beach!!!
We truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Casa Nacpan felt like home all thanks to the staff. Breakfast was delicious and consistent by chef Kenjie, laundry service was offered, and Nacpan beach was a 3 min drive which was a plus. It’s a 25-30 min drive to El Nido, but much quieter and less busy which we loved. Magnus was very knowledgeable and recommended some spots for us to try. We’ll always cherish the chats we had with you all! We will for sure be back.
Thank you a million to the Casa Nacpan family ❤️

Far away from El Nido, good if you are looking for a cheap accommodation. Don’t ask them anything, there is no follow up. We have asked to get a lift from the ferry terminal but they didn’t provide anything. We have to find something on our own. No diner available and breakfast is average. Good will but it’s not enough.
I had a wonderful time at Casa Nacpan. The room was very cozy and thoughtfully designed with much attention to detail. The hotel is located in a peaceful, green area, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was absolutely great, by far the best I had during my three weeks in the Philippines. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, I felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay, including a late night trip by the owner to retrieve my phone after I accidentally left it in a tricycle (thank you again, Magnus!!) Highly recommended!
No the air conditioning didn't work it was 26 degrees. And expedia refused to refund me. I left after an hour because it was a giant cement room that felt like an oven
During our two-week+ trip to the Philippines, we stayed at 8 different accommodations across Manila, Palawan, and Boracay. This property was by far the most expensive—and unfortunately, the only one where we experienced significant problems.
With the exception of our first night, we did not have access to hot water during our stay. Additionally, for much of our time there, the power was out. While we understand that some of these issues may have been beyond their control, returning from long days at the beach to no electricity and no hot water—and on some occasions, no water AT ALL—was understandably challenging. On top of that, there is a serious security and guest safety issue.
One evening, we returned to the property to find there was no electricity (again). Due to the darkness, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. With no electricity, there was no Wi-Fi or mobile service, and the staff members were nowhere to be found. As a result, we were left sitting outside in the dark for an extended period, being bitten by mosquitoes, with no way to contact anyone for assistance.
Eventually, a neighboring guest discovered a spare room key left in one of the front unlocked drawers (yikes) and was kind enough to let us back into our room.
We attempted to reach out to the owner, at his request, to discuss all these matters but were met with silence. The place really has potential, but for now, save your money. You are better off booking somewhere closer to the water.
