Our studio apartment provided a very comfortable stay with warm and cosy room with great amenities. We had everything we needed for our stay with a very good breakfast and friendly staff.

Disappointing Check-In Experience I was disappointed with my experience at Courtyard by Marriott Kungsholmen in Stockholm. Having arrived early, I had hoped the hotel might offer some flexibility and the courtesy of an early check-in, subject to availability. Instead, I was asked to pay for an additional night. I understand that hotels have policies, but I believe hospitality should involve more than simply enforcing rules. A little flexibility and consideration can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience. I would have appreciated a more accommodating approach, and I believe the hotel should reconsider the charge and offer a full or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations of the Marriott brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers how it can improve its approach to guest satisfaction.
