"This is a very nice hotel if you don't book through Expedia. The lovely features are a very nice front staff, a lovely

on the B floor, a reasonable breakfast buffet and a short walk to a convenient Kintetsu station. I would say, though, that if you are booking through Expedia or hotels.com or any other such discount service, they will put you in a very inconvenient, unrenovated room and provide no services. My room was the furthest room on the top floor, very cold with heating that worked...

"Quietly sitting away from the hustle of sightseeing center around Nara Park, this is a new,

and more luxurious property in this city increasingly popular with international travelers. The room was spacious enough for property in Japan and

was nice. The front restaurant was filled in the morning for breakfast, and we ate breakfast in the bar area next to the restaurant. The staff means well but requires more training to bring the service to 4 or 5 star level. "

Good breakfast. The hotel is near a major dining and shopping street. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and friendly. They helped me get around to the famous sites. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and helpful. We had one of the smaller rooms, but still way more spacious than something in Tokyo within our price range. The room and private bath were so beautiful. We ordered the Japanese dinner and breakfast and it is a must if you stay here! You’ll try foods authentic to Nara specifically and the amount you receive is more than plenty. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone even for just one night, as that is what we did to relax...
