Summary:
2nd floor+elevator, Small cozy place, close to the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests (recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids). Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.
PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Only 2 pets up to 50lbs are allowed.

2nd floor, efficiency unit, 1 bathroom, AC, flat screen TV, 2 double beds. Sheets and linens provided.
Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Pool is currently open.

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
