Accommodating 6 with 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI and 2 TVs. Mini vacations and off season monthly rentals are allowed! Parking is limited to one car. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Princeton House I is located 1.6 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex has direct oceanfront views. Grab your camera and capture a beautiful Atlantic sunrise while on your balcony. Bring or rent your beach items and step down to the sandy beaches and lounge in the sun or swim in the surf. There is no elevator or pool at Princeton House. This complex is conveniently located to public parks, restaurants, and shopping. Plan your vacation stay at Princeton House and have some fun in the sun! One assigned parking space per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. No charging electric vehicles on the property.
