"The hotel is a bit older but still in good condition. When I was checking in there were three people in the very small lobby area complaining they did not get the room they booked. Others were complaining there was no toilet paper in the room. There was a long line to just get check in because of the people who were not happy with their stay. I was afraid to check in but my stay worked out just fine. They are very busy and if you want something, then you just some patience and understanding because the staff is working very hard."

"Only complaint is with housekeeping services. With our week long rental we were supposed to get a daily tidy service and a full clean on Wednesday. While we got the full clean on Wednesday, we never received the daily tidy service despite bring it to the staff and management’s attention. Valet staff was fantastic. "

"I liked the arcade. It was all new games and it was clean. I like the water park because it was clean and had plenty to do. I completely detested to restaurant. Waited over an hour for my food and was missing many sides and drinks. Waiter waited till all the food was out to let us know that there wasn’t and gravy or biscuits which was my husbands meal. He had to wait an additional 45 mins to get some pancakes … I will not be dinning at crown reef again. "

"We loved our stay here! It was so nice and so many things to do onsite that if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to. There’s a Starbucks inside which was something I searched for before booking anywhere and although it is a bit pricier than usual it’s not far to another one down the road which isn’t much cheaper but a little. There are lots of pool and hot tub options. The DJ outside every evening was so fun to listen to and being right at the beach was amazing! Fourth floor is where we stayed and there’s a bowling alley, the ice cream there was delicious! I’m very pleased with our stay, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and if I go to Myrtle Beach again this is where I’ll be staying! I’ve already recommended the place to family and friends. "
