Centrally located with pools

Condo on Myrtlewood golf community. Quiet, centrally located. Multiple outdoor pools to go to. This unit has screened in porch which is great for morning coffee, & in afternoon. Unit is clean & pleasantly decorated, comfortable furniture & beds.

So sad this could be a nice condo.

Door pad didn’t work. Had to wait 2 hrs for a repair!Dishwasher didn’t work Two sinks in bathroom clogged up. Iron but no ironing board. The closed in porch was green with pollen. No vacuum cleaner?Several light bulbs burned out. Only could get crushed ice out of fridge. Carpet in master bedroom dirty. Could not get any local TV station’s. It was a disaster! Really a shame it could be a nice condo. We did receive 126.00 refund! That was nice of the owner from New York ????
