Perfect for a group getaway, this property boasts heating, WiFi, AC, a washing machine, and more. Experience the amazing avenue of the giants, just 5 minute walk to Franklin Grove, the first old growth redwood preserve of many. You will have fabulous views of the river and be able to walk right down to the Eel river bar as it flows through the property. The water is calm and great for fishing, swimming, boating and just laying about in the spring and summer.

The property was clean, offered amenities such as house slippers, chairs for the lake, shower products if you need them. The power went out our last night due to a tree falling on a power line and the property owner set us up with firewood and a fire pit!
Perfect place for a family gathering. Clean and inviting home. We had our two dogs with us, the property is pet friendly with fenced pet areas. Full river access. Would stay again.
Beautiful and roomy place. Riverview was great, but low water conditions kept us away. Struggled with the blow up beds, but all was good. Probably operator error with the deflations!
The cabin, located at the south end of the avenue of the giants was close to hiking trails, numerous redwood groves, and small towns (Garberville, Redcrest, Scotia, Rio Dell and Ferndale) drive a little further and you can visit Eureka. The view from the home’s back deck was breathtaking. The eel river was in the backyard and easy to access as often as our family wanted. The most charming part of this stay was the owner and his wife, very responsive to guests needs. Very helpful and very friendly!
