The only issue we had was being told by 2 members of staff that the kitchen closed at 9pm but when i went down to place a food order at 8.45pm i was told the kitchen had already closed at 8.30pm as it was a Sunday. Breakfast was fantastic and an added bonus as included within the price. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."

"Lovely room overlooking the canal. Fantastic spa facilities and wonderful facial by Sian yesterday albeit the neck and shoulder massage was too light for me and like it a lot deeper. Food good other than the calamari on the spa day which you couldn’t really taste (far too small better off having just a couple of whole pieces). Cod is beer batter absolutely delicious. Chips not so much. Would highly recommend especially the spa, definitely one of the best I’ve been to. I will for sure be going back there again"
