The room was dirty and smelled like crack and cigarettes smoke...the beds where clean the bathroom was filthy... Its the cheapest place in town so expect what you paid for

Check in and customer service were fine. My major issue was the rooms not having heat. The 1st room they gave me didn’t have heat, after returning to the desk, I was given another room, but couldn’t gain access. On the third try, I was given yet another room with no heat at which point I gave up and used the blankets from both beds to stay warm

The floor was incredibly dirty. I put on socks immediate after I left my shower at home, and within no fewer than 100 steps around the room, my feet were DIRTY. I called the front desk and asked to have the room mopped the next day. Don't know if it happened because I wore sandals the rest of the time I had to walk. The HVAC unit was extremely sluggish until I cleaned the filter, making a 2" dust ball (see pics with bottle cap for reference). The drain to the tub had a foil bottle-safety film that I had to fish out to let it drain. Half the outlets in the room didn't work, so I had to unplug the lamp to use my laptop. The TV or its remote didn't work. (Didn't check the batteries in the remote). The saving grace was the friendly staff. Also -- and this is not a knock on the hotel -- a woman knocked on my door, asking if I was smoking because "an alarm went off." No alarm went off, and I've never smoked. I later saw her going from door to door at the other building, knocking and waiting for people to answer. It was bizarre.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No coffee pot, No hair dryer, No wash cloths. The towels that were there were badly stained. No closet. Had only one lamp so the room was pretty dark. I guess the cockroaches like it that way. Inside and out the place was filthy and felt very unsafe. The pictures they show online are a complete lie. It was really bad.

We pulled in to a lot full of Police and apparent drug/gang activity. The police recommended we not stay there. I would like to cancel my reservation.

This property was not safe. You had to drive through broken down alley ways just to get there and it looked like you would get mugged or worse just being in the parking lot. My kids were terrified. We immediately left.

I decided to give this property a try. However I felt unsafe initially. I booked 3 nights and decided to leave early. When it was time to leave the receptionist gave me a story. She said I should check Expedia. When I call Expedia. They are saying I should call them. I call them back and they have me a website and a phone number which no one answered. This hotel was horrible. They refuse to refund my money. Horrible experience

RUN do not even stop at this hotel!!!
We didn’t actually stay here but we did pay for a room. I walked into the room which smelled of smoke and other foul things and walked out. It was late (midnight) and we were tired with nowhere else to go. I am not a picky person. I have stayed in cheap hotels in 3rd world countries that were nicer than this place. I rated the service higher than I wanted to only because the guy at the front desk was very nice and understanding when I told him we could not stay there. Also there were people hanging out in the parking lot in small groups here & there. Smoking and drinking and who knows what else. We did not feel safe even being in our car. I have been calling for 2 days now trying to get a refund since we did not use the room. Also my bad for not reading the reviews before I booked it

This hotel was absolutely awful- it does not look like the pictures at all- there were people running around with barley any clothes on and some appeared to be on drugs. After talking with some locals and calling the local police department we were told that it is a half way house site/drug rehabilitation housing site. We did not feel safe at all and ended up leaving and staying at a different location. They refused our money back and had terrible customer service .I am so disappointed that Expedia lets places like this list on here. I will never do the pay ahead again- that is for sure

Reality check
The room was clean, large, nice floors (no smelly carpets!), seemingly newly painted, full-size fridge, new mattresses. The hall to the room was the same, clearly newly updated. This is an old hotel that is in the process of being refinished and that said, nothing is perfect but previous reviews would leave you to believe that it was a total disaster. Here is where the problem lies: you have to drive by a seriously broken-down building (with all the broken windows, boarded windows that previous reviews are talking about). I spoke to the owners about it and this property not only does not belong to them, but they are actively trying to track down the owners to get the building taken care of including contacting the city for help. Shady characters hanging around? No, not really. There seems to be a group of out-of-town workers who live there during the week, returning to their homes on the weekend, so there are some extended stay people. Noise? Walking down the hall to our room we heard little kids in the rooms but nothing from our room and nothing overnight. I booked the room non-refundable before reading the reviews. When we got there, I decided since we'd already paid, to at least check out the room before we decide to stay there or not. Don't let the outside appearance change your mind. It's not the Hilton at $300 a night but it's a really a pretty good deal at $60 a night.

check it out before you book
This hotel is in a struggling area. My kids would not get out of the car. If I was alone with no items of value in the car I would have stayed, but kids were freaked out and car was kitted out for a weeks vacation, was not comfortable staying. Never checked in.

Arrived and was given a wrong room. Got to the room. Room was not cleaned used condoms and drug paraphernalia were in the room. Hotel is a drug trap house. Second room towels were not clean fecal matter was on the towels in the rack. Police visit rooms nightly. Prostitution is heavy and hotel doesn’t care.

Complete dump
This place is a complete dump. Do not book here. The hotel exterior is terrible. Broken windows, sign looks like it was put up in the 70s. We booked two rooms for two nights. Got to the hotel and were shocked at how run down the place was. Thought the GPS was wrong. Terrible part of town. We went in to the lobby and a very nice lady helped us. My wife asked if we could cancel since there wasn't any way we were having our family stay there. The nice lady said it was too late. We asked if we could just leave without being charged, she assured ua that we could. We ended up getting another hotel. The next day we get a notification that we "no-showed" and we were being charged the full amount for two nights. I didn't expect a 5 star experience for the price but this place was just unacceptable.

There were multiple windows around the property either broken or boarded up. We got to our room only to find that it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. We were quickly relocated but the room was filthy. There were stains all over the bed, the walls and doors had what looked like dried vomit on them (which I eventually wiped off with a wet towel), the shower was filthy as was the shower curtain, the towels were small and had black spots on them, the floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet turned black just walking once across the room. The tv barely worked and the remote was broken. The bathroom floor flooded every time we showered because the shower curtain was so short. The front desk staff really did try to help with some issues but he was very overwhelmed with the amount of complaints from others so we ended up just using towels to clean the place up as best we could.

Don't be fooled be the pictures. While the price may be affordable, this place is not in a nice neighborhood, nor as there any places to eat within walking distance. The staff were friendly, but the positives end there.

This place should be condemned
I stay at a lot of hotels for work, and this has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The hall smelled like marijuana, there weee people outside drinking everywhere the rooms smelt musty and just not clean at all! This place should be condemned!
