"Best hotel stay I’ve ever had "

"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before."

"The Grand is prestigious. However, I feel that it is overrated and overpriced. I didn’t have breakfast included which was surprising as one would have expected that considering the cost of stay. I did, however have a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast which was disappointing as the eggs were presented runny and cold. This joy was charged at SEK 350, which I thought was rather pricey. The staff are super helpful and polite, rooms are spacious and comfortable with coffee machines are mini bar. In all, a good experience but not unique by any means."
