Hotel Diplomat remains one of the best locations in Stockholm. The staff could not be more accommodating or helpful in every way. I love staying here. However, the hotel is in need of a remodel - some wear and tear that is starting to come through in the entire experience.

The staff was outstanding. They helped us in directions, making reservations for dining, ordering a car to get to the airport and having someone help with our luggage at 6:20 am. Quite impressive! Loved the charm of the hotel and the included breakfast was outstanding.

A wonderful example of old world charm. In the quieter more mature area of the city. Close to good shopping and dining options, very walkable to all parts of the city. Highly recommend this location !

이호텔은 대 부분 좋았지만, 방안에 일부 조명이 들어 오지 않았고, 스위트룸급이였지만 경치가 그렇게 좋지 않았습니다. 턱이 있어서 캐리어등을 옮기기가 쉽지 않았고, 그렇다고 해서 짐을 옮기는 것을 도와주는 직원들리 따로 있거나 적극적이지 않았습니다. Overall, the hotel was very good. However, some of the lights in the room were not working, and although it was a suite-level room, the view was rather disappointing. In addition, the step inside the room made it inconvenient to move luggage, and there did not seem to be staff specifically available or proactive in assisting with luggage

An elegant gem, lots of character and style and absolutely 5 star service. Simply gorgeous. Thanks to Jenny, Mutaza and Victoria, any issues (I booked an extra night & I wanted to upgrade) were just magically resolved with a smile. A beautiful stylish hotel. My room was just perfect. Right on the waterfront. You can walk everywhere you might need to go. Much better than the most fancy hotels in every way. I will be back. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Diplomat. Staff were excellent. My check-in went smoothly and they were attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. Had one bad encounter with the host in the restaurant, but other than that everyone was very kind. The room was amazing, the view from my balcony was awesome, the location of the hotel cannot be beat. For the price it was exactly what I was expecting, I could not point out any faults. Really loved my stay.

Also when they charged me at check-in the price was as stated but the exchange went crazy and almost $2000 more… not happy about what happened there maybe Sek to US to Cdn… was not correct!
