"El cuarto era inaceptablemente ruidoso, toda la noche estuvimos escuchando carros pasar. A las 7:30 am empezaron a cortar el pasto y se escuchaba todo, al igual que a los trabajadores pasar caminando en la grava. Deberían avisar el nivel de ruido que manejan esos cuartos. La comida carísima y muy sin chiste; lo único que valió la pena, fue la atención de todo el personal, ahí sí excelente. "

"The view from the rooftop was wonderful: nice chairs to sit in, a view of the lake, so relaxing. We all really loved it. We rented two rooms. Both were nice. The El Lago room seemed pretty hot to me because it had a lot of sun but my daughters liked it. It was nice to have a comfortable living area. The unit could use fresh sponges. If you are not used to walking up very steep roads I would not recommend but if you can handle it I highly recommend!"

"The property I gorgeous and small, so very few guests. It's ideal if you just want to stay in the property and relax. The staff was next level, the restaurant was very good and all the areas are very clean and beautiful. If you do want to walk around the town it's not a long walk but, like most of Valle, it's a lot of steep streets so Taxi's are more viable. Will definitely go back!"
