"Nice property outside of downtown Palenque. Room was large and very clean. Same for the pool. No hot tub though--the pictures we saw online showed one but it is filled with pool temp water. Breakfast was a buffet and very good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Howler Monkeys were very loud at night, but I love that!"

"I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The water system was incredibly frustrating — it would turn on for about 30 seconds, then shut off for 10 seconds, and kept repeating like that the entire time. It made even basic tasks like showering way more complicated than they should be.
