"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"This is a great place to stay and fully experience Naples. The location is great - in the heart of historical center and well maintained. Communication was very good. Michele contacted us a day before to make arrangements for our arrival. The rooms were clean, homey, and had all the amenities we needed. Overall it was perfect for sightseeing, getting around Naples, and immersing yourself in the local culture."

"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"This was one of the nicest places me and my wife have ever stayed at! It's in a perfectly central location to see Centro Storico and it's a short walk to the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Napoli."

The breakfast only consists of a few groups of people from the floor you’re staying on so it’s enjoyable and you can get some of the best recommendations from the host. "
