They are very friendly and informational when you ask questions and they do their best to keep you happy when staying at the hotel. Clean and modern room. Good location for exploring the city of Naples since it's in the center

We loved our stay at the Alma Regina hotel! The room was VERY spacious and nice, and the bathroom was beautiful. Angela checked in with us regularly and was willing to help us with a couple of things we needed. The location was great for exploring old Naples! The only thing I would like to mention is that there two flights of stairs to get to the rooms. If that is a problem for someone, this may not be the right fit for you. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

This is a clean and comfortable place to lay your head in the bush city of Naples. The staff is helpful but not there 24/7, you must WhatsApp them for help with check in. They allow you to leave your bags in the lobby after check out and there is a convenient washroom in the lobby. The area is very busy but that’s the city of Naples.

Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.

Week end parfait au Alma Regina Relais. Hotel très propre. Très bon accueil de Veronica. Très belle chambre. Petit point négatif pour le petit déjeuner : dommage que l'on doit sortir de l'hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner et le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop trop léger ! Pas de jus d'orange pas de fruits... Je recommande ce lieux !

A l'arrivée, j'ai du attendre une demi heure avant d'avoir les clés de ma chambre car je n'ai trouvé personne à la réception .Quand j'ai téléphoné, la personne m'a dit d'attendre car elle doit s'habiller et me rejoindre . Pour le petit déjeuner , il faut aller à un bar dans une ruelle mitoyenne avec un ticket qu'on vous donne à votre arrivée. Donc sur leur site c'est une publicité mensongère en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner

Nous avons passé 4jours à Naples, l’hôtel est parfaitement bien situé, Angela et veronica nous ont accueilli avec gentillesse avec beaucoup de bon conseils et de bonnes adresses. Les chambres sont impeccable, très propre et décoré avec goût. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
