Really enjoyed my time here. Special thanks to everyone at concierge, Issa in house keeping and Philippe in the Courtyard. Lovely experience, only sad thing was the outdoor pool was out of service for three days after a party. Otherwise amazing!

Great Spa Experience & Breakfast Buffet
I stayed here for only 1 night at the beginning of my trip of Oman. It was convenient, comfortable, and clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful which was great. I ate at the restaurant serving the pool area and was disappointed at the slow service. They were clearly understaffed for that area but seemed slow in general. I did eat at the breakfast buffet the next morning and was impressed with the selections and customer service. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the massage at the spa. It was wonderful! I got the relaxing Swedish massage and it was divine.

Stunning pool but service needs to be improved
Quality of the hotel was really good although it was of a 'classic' style and kept very clean. The food was great including the themed nights and huge breakfast spread. The temperature controlled outdoor pool was amazing. Really disappointed in the service ... constantly trying to get attention of staff. We had Club lounge access and they couldn't even get a gin & tonic correct. There is clearly still smoking on the 13th floor in the Club Lounge, but the whole floor smells. On the morning of New Years Eve, there was a note under the door to say that the outdoor pool area would be closed from 14:30 to set up for the party that night. Very disappointed that we weren't notified about this at check-in or at least given more notice so that we could have planned our days accordingly. If staying at the hotel over 31 December then make sure you ask for a room that doesn't overlook the pool as it was very noisy.

Overall good hotel but I was told on arrival that they don’t have any accessible bathrooms even though I had messaged them earlier about my requirement. It seemed like that they don’t take that requirement seriously and did not care to inform me earlier so I could have done alternate arrangements.

Good hotel in Ruwi
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the bus station for service between Muscat and Dubai. We understood this hotel was not super central or near to the airport, but the hotel certainly was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Wifi generally worked well, at least on par with the internet performance in the region - decent downloads and mediocre uploads. We spent most of our time exploring Oman and didn't have much time exploring the hotel, but from what we could tell, it was a good property with good staff. Would recommend to those planning to make Ruwi a base for travel.

Excellent Omani experience !
Staff is amazing. Sana, Rashid, Ram everyone is good and helpful. Cabs outside the hotel are overpriced and the otaxi app doesn't work well in the hotel premises.

Great stay
Great stay at Sheraton hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely facilities and free parking The beds were nice and comfy, the breakfast was nice but very overpriced for what it was. Good location about 10 drive to the souq and 15 mins to the mosque

Perfect business hotel - Rooms clean and all you can expect . Staff was extremely helpful . Why a negative review is that i went with my wife on private holidays and half of the hotel was closed because a “team wanted to spent time in their own bubble”. This means the reception and lobby areas was closed, the main breakfast/ seating area and entire outside space was closed untill 11:30 for the Entire stay. We did not have breakfast but even that was moved to the club lounge As said , amazing hotel and good location but this is not something acceptable . Especially without notice .
