"This home was absolutely amazing—peaceful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it's the little touches that truly make this place special. From providing birdseed and corn to attract the deer to having extra amenities available for guests traveling with their dogs, Bob and Ann have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming experience.The river was beautiful, and we even enjoyed a little fly fishing during our stay. Everything about this property made it the perfect getaway. Bob and Ann have created something truly special, and we are so grateful they shared their home with us. We can't wait to return!"

"We had to wait literally 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We called the "800" number to ring the front desk while standing there and still no one. Finally, a young man emerged from somewhere down the hall. While we were checking in "later," it was only 8:30-9:00pm. Weird! Then, we got to our room and as soon as we turned on the lamp....the power to the entire room went out. Weird again! We moved rooms...no issues changing, but this room had a bad odor (like urine). It was 10:00pm at this point and we were tired, so we toughed it out. We did let the front desk know of the odor when we checked out the next morning. The staff was friendly....the breakfast was good....the property was ok other then these specific issues."

"Sweet, sweet experience. The river is mesmerizing and the beauty of the tall plentiful trees and pastures that surround offer a renewing experience. Home is comfy and decor is fascinating. Always some new artifact to discover. Comfort and thoughtfulness abound! Plentiful supplies at fingertips!The charming walk on the lane past stunning properties provides a refreshing pastime when added to the splendor of the river. All together convenient to services of every kind.Great retreat for family or just two……you won’t be disappointed!"
