"The property is VERY clean and very well maintained - with the BEST view of the lake and mountains. The one representative we met, was extremely kind! Unfortunately, we had an extremely frustrating time to even “check-in” —-we arrived around 2:15pm and found we booked a place that had no front desk. With cell service skittish, their system is majorly lacking. We actually got into the room at 3:20, over an hour with so many digital forms and inaccurate early check-in fees…we got in the room...

"The shower drain wasn't working properly, we stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room, nor changed the towels, the bed sheets were so stained they weren't white anymore. The only pleasant thing was the theatrics of the receptionist lady. "

"Traveled with our family of four for a long weekend. We loved the peaceful setting and spent our nights around the firepit eating s'mores! Our days featured short trips to Andrews for a railbike tour and a stop at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Communication was great, and the owners were very attentive. We highly recommend!"

"We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. Can't really comment for the place inside because we didn't even see it, but more pictures of the apartment should be listed, and...
