The Little Missouri River is controlled by the Hydroelectric Dam which is used to generate power. The river will rise as much as 3 feet when generating. The generation schedule is subject to change without notice to meet power demand. In addition, the schedules from SWEPCO only reflect releases through the hydropower facilities and do not include normal U.S. Army Corps of Engineers releases.
