Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, love the porch and the fire ring set up. Plenty of space, kitchen had everything we needed. We will stay again in the summer time.
Lots to do in the area, if you like hiking, ATVs, Fishing, Rafting, boating, and beautiful scenery! And this cabin was an awesome place to stay during our adventures! Eagle Rock Loop is less than 30min away for those that want a challenging 26.6 mile hike.. if not lots of beautiful short hikes in area.
Property was perfect for my family fishing trip. House was very nice, clean and ready to enjoy.
Host was easy to communicate with and gave us advice on where to park and be able to charge our boats each night. We sure hope to return sometime.
The rental was everything we had hoped for and more. Plenty of space, very clean, all the essentials. We loved the huge screened in porch and also the Holland grill cooked some amazing bbq chicken. I would highly recommend, and I’m sure we will be back!
My family spent 4 days at Skinny Dip Cove. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and the other two rooms very comfortable for adults. Kitchen was well equipped, screened in porch enjoyed by all, grill and Blackstone worked great, and fire pit was cozy as we made s’mores and enjoyed the peacefulness. The house is a short walk to Lake Greeson which is beautiful. It is also a short drive away from Crater of Diamonds State Park. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all.
We planned a trip where we could visit a few different places and this was wonderfully close to all the places we wanted to explore. We were able to rent a side by side nearby and explore the lakefront, though we quickly realized we were not experienced enough to manage the Difficult trail. The lake is just a short walk from the house and there is a perfect little beach area where we swam and skipped rocks. We ventured to Hot Springs and Murfreesboro and all the little towns in between. The house had everything we needed and wanted during our stay.
My family stayed here because the location was right on the path of totality of the eclispe. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit. We loved the screened patio. We were within an hour drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. The views of the lake, just a short walk away, were spectacular. Saw several eagles. My grandsons saw their first fireflies!
We loved our stay!! This is a beautiful home and very nice place to stay! It is so convenient to get to the lake. We fished and swam and enjoyed the fire pit ( very short time as it was very hot outside we just needed it for snores 😅) the fans on the screened patio is excellent to keep you cool as you enjoy sitting outside! They stock their house with good utensils and pots and pans, cups and plates and really anything you could think of to cook with in your own home! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!
Great location and surprises near lake and mountains
Beautiful area walking distance to the lake, with fog in the mornings and a small stream waterfall adding to the birds and quiet. We went on a Holiday weekend but didn’t see anyone. Amazing waterfall trails are just 45 minute drive north. Diamond hunting about 30 minutes south (but the hiking trails are better odds than finding a diamond in the heat and crowds. Our waterfall day to Crooked Creek and Little Missiouri Falls was one of our favorite family memories.
The house is amazing. Everything we needed with grandkids. Outdoor fireplace area was great. Covered screened area was very nice too. We enjoyed our stay. Our daughter and her husband stayed at Daisy state park. Just across the road. The house is great but may need to be pressure washed for spiders and wasp. Just a suggestion. Thankyou. DR. We would stay there again. The kids loved it and the concrete floors are great.
My family and I stayed a couple days at this wonderful cabin. The area was nice and very close to the lake. Cabin was in great condition and the owner was extremely attentive to any needs we had. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.
This is our 2nd stay. The lake house is very cozy and has everything you need for a great time whether you want to relax by the fire pit or play games with family. We also love being out on the beautiful lake in our boat. We feel right at home while staying here. The owner is very nice as well! We plan to come back when we can take another break.
