1920's Cozy Cottage walking distance to Oaklawn !

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed (lower full size/twin on top) with trundle in the third bedroom. The home features a dining room, living room and a spacious kitchen with a deck off the laundry room. There is a courtyard just below the large deck with a charcoal grill, and fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Home is equipped with WIFI and Direct Now TV.

It was a charming home! Very clean and comfortable and close to downtown Hot Springs. I slept great in the master bedroom, a very comfortable bed. The only negative is the toaster didn’t work. Just for the host to know. It was not a big deal. Loved it and would definitely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

Very Nice

The property very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very easy to work with. This is a perfect location for Oaklawn and really close to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Family weekend to the races

We had such a great weekend at the races. This sweet house was perfect. The location was ideal and we just walked to the races. Super clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very safe and charming neighborhood as well.

This property is perfect if you want a cozy place to spend time with family. It is easy to get to, walking distance to Oaklawn, and is furnished with everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Location

We attend the horse races every year and we are always looking for the just right property, in walking distance, from the races.This home was very quaint, comfortable and clean. It was perfect distance from the race track. We walked to and from both days we were there. This home is definitely going on our list for stays in Hot Springs! It was a perfect fit for our group. place.

Big Yard with Nice Deck

Close to all downtown fun and easy access to bike path. Quiet street and clean home with basic necessities that are nice in all homes. 4th of July decorations and fresh flowers were a nice touch and much appreciated. I would come back again to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was like “home away from home”. Truly appreciated how clean and cozy the home was. The games were a nice touch to keep us entertained when we weren’t out seeing the sights. We also enjoyed the extra treats left and the coffee supply. Thank you for making our stay welcoming.

This house is perfect and has so much room!

This was my second time staying at this VRBO. It is within easy walking distance to the racetrack and Rocky's restaurant. It has a pretty back deck and yard. The owner just left us to do our thing. They even had fresh flowers in the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet area and plenty of space.

We were in town for volleyball tournament and rented house with another family on team. The 3 girls shared the room with bunk beds. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. House has nice deck and decent size yard, but rained the whole time so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor space. Plenty of kitchen items for making meals at the house and the neighborhood was nice.

Thanksgiving Family Trip

We stayed at the property for five days, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The home was very clean and the host Warren was very accommodating. We were able to have fun as a family, and the home was the perfect place for us to gather together. It was very cozy and warm! We will definitely stay again in the future!
