Spring Break fun!

This was the perfect getaway for us! We traveled with 4 teenagers, and they had a blast exploring the area and fishing. The house was the perfect size and very clean and updated. Comfy beds and spaces. Would return!

We all had a great time staying at this amazing place. The house and outdoor areas are all beautiful and really made our trip perfect. We all enjoyed going to the Crater of Diamonds State Park and it was even better coming back to such a nice place. Will definitely be back?

Beautiful Property

The cabin was gorgeous and the outside patio, where we spent most of our time was perfect. The deck out by the water was great. Everything we needed was avaliable. We hope to go back in the future. We had great family great together . Ty to the Tates for having such a beautiful place.Utureut

Our favorite place in AR. so far

Wonderful setting, roomy, rustic and beautiful. Hiked trails and caught a lot of trout until they opened spillway due to floods the day before. Loved the garage door feature opeing from inside to outside. Everyone was very happy with this trip!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The seclusion was what we were looking for and this place didn't disappoint. We spent a lot of time on the patio and deck since the weather was perfect and the views were great. The house accomodated all of my family without us feeling cramped. We should have booked a few more days! We would definitely stay here again.

Family adventures!

Amazing property located in a serene location. Clean and beautiful inside and out. Close to all the major locations you’ll want to visit. We ended up just enjoying the cabin for a whole day because of the location instead of going out and about.

beautiful property with great views of the river! lots of room for a family. be prepared to unplug as cell service was spotty at best. not a problem for us; we appreciated the break! owner's communication was really good & helpful. we enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Parents 50th Anniversary

We really enjoyed our family weekend. The cabin is beautiful and the river view is gorgeous. Several large spiders and roaches were found during our stay At the front entrance there were a couple large wasp nest. please consider spraying for pest control.

THE BEST!!!

If you are into private woods and cold waters, this is for you! We had a deer family visit along with squirrels and birds! Fishing with worms gave us some small fish. Lures didn't work though. Can't wait to come back!!!!

We enjoyed the space that this property has. It was not very clean. There were baked potatoes in the oven that were starting to rot. The property is beautiful but just doesn’t seemed to maintain very well.

This was a very nice getaway. Plenty of rm for 13 of us. The kids were disappointed about shuffle board. Not sure why its there if you cant play it. Needs sand, although reading some of the reviews it was mentioned i thought the owner would have added sand. The place was clean and very comfortable. The view was very relaxing with plenty of seating. I gave this 5 star due to how accommodating it was. We are planning on being back next yr. Even if i have to bring sand.

Clean. Beautiful inside and out. Perfect location. Well supplied. We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin on the river. We enjoyed playing shuffle board and cards and fishing (no catching). The forest and the river and the weather could not have been better. The steep drive is a bit of a challenge but just take it slow. We hope to return again. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

The house was beautiful.The host answered all our questions within minutes.Plenty of room for our large family. Kitchen was well stocked. A 12 cup coffee pot and a kcup. The back deck and river was awesome. The grandchildren and adults enjoyed the river every day. The driveway is a little ruff but if you take it slowly its not a problem. Nice quiet area.
