"Was not happy with this property at all. Check in was fine. First night was ok. Too much banging of doors thou. We went out the second day after breakfast. I asked the front desk receptionist too let the housekeepers know that we would like the softer pillows and he wrote down our room number and said it would be taken care of. It never was. When we returned we found that the room had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the bathroom had the dirty towels on the floor. My wife had to go down to the front desk and get towels so we could wash up and shower the next morning. I then had to go back to the front desk for toilet paper. I told the receptionist that I could not believe that the room was never cleaned and he said they were short staffed because it was Easter. I said that the housekeepers were still in the hallway when we went out for the day at 10:30 am. They should have cleaned our room! While I was checking out I asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist told me the manager was on property, but not available. Sorry, “awful awful treatment and service” I won’t go back."

"Hotel was clean and spacious. We had a studio king room and it was nice. The pool was clean. Slept in and missed breakfast though. Lots of restaurants around. Would recommend. "
