"We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and large this hotel resort was. There was plenty to do and there was a large amount of food options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only criticism we have would be that the restaurant we went to (Stretto) had extremely slow kitchen service. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not receive our meals until 10pm (there were only 3 of us). We realize it was Memorial Day weekend and thus a busier time, however, the hotel should know this and be prepared enough to ensure enough kitchen staff are working that evening to get meals out in a reasonable time. The menu prices were high and the slow service unfortunately caused the meals to be prepared at sub-par levels. Other than that, we loved the resort and would stay again."
