"Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. "

"Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!"

"Baymont is a motel style location, meaning that room entrance is from an exterior door. My room was surprisingly nice! Spacious, well equipped, and clean. Given that I needed to walk up a set of stairs and enter my room from an exterior door, I was a little skeptical. However, the room was very nice! There were a few minor housekeeping issues, but nothing that would caution me about staying here again. The location is also excellent, near the Punta Gorda airport and major highways. The lobby and staff were also very good. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to travelers."

"We had a lake view in the screened area of the hotel. We were very happy there. It was quiet and serene. Then, the hotel put a group of men right next door to us and we could hear every word that was said. We asked to change rooms and were moved to a balcony room but not a lake view. We were happy with the new room and for the quiet. "
