Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the standard of accommodation. Spacious and well appointed room that felt nice at the same time. Definitely a good standard.

The room was nice and modern with a good view, it was a bit out of the way to get to the hotel by walking.

Great place to stay. 10-15 into the city centre by the train 100m away. Great rooms and facilities. Near shops. Stunning building.

Wonderful location, easy walking distance to trains and buses. Supermarket across the square. Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Enjoyed our 5 days would come again.

We had a warm greeting by reception upon check-in in the evening and had all our inquiries and requests attended to during our stay (including a 0400hour morning call). The room was clean and airy. The hotel is close to the train station and the city centre. There is also local DEEN Supermarket closeby for convenience. Amazing hotel in overall with an architectural design. Friendly staffs, spacious room, clean kitchen, free bike rentals and on-site self laundry in a really good neighbourhood area. The only downside for travellers may be a location which is a bit far from the city centre and airport. It took 35-40mins walk to the city centre and the cab charge to the airport was about 65 euros. We didn’t mind the location as it was peaceful and the hotel itself was just stunning!

We loved staying in this hotel, the art work around the hotel was incredible, the staff are very helpful and our breakfast was the best we have had throughout Europe so far. There is a bus outside the hotel that takes you into the city centre every 12 minutes. The rooms are a size with a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend this hotel.

I loved XO Hotel Park West. Their check in process was easy with self check-in, it was also set up to deal with lots of people arriving at once. The staff were super helpful. There was so much space for people to just chill and relax in groups in two separate areas. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet. Everything was clean. The amenities were good. Great large apartment well equipped (Just no microwave). Friendly staff. Onsite (pay) parking. Good restaurants and minimart nearby, easy train to Amsterdam Central.

Gorgeous room. Big with lovely shower and bed. Easy access to transport. Staff were great. Fantastic spot to explore surrounds including Amsterdam.

We had the best stay. Staff are amazing, the rooms fresh and bathrooms awesome. Had to play a bit of tetris to move around with 2adults with large suitcases. But that's about the only thing I could fault. Oh and the food....yu.mmm

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed this hotel. It is next to all forms of transport, easy to reach the centre and many other locations. The room was spacious and well maintained with a well-eqipped kitchen. The hotel has laundry facilities for long stay clients. The staff were terrific, friendly and responsive and even helped me with my Dutch language lessons. Particularly Jamie, Ric, Lisa and Puck in Reception and Soroya who looked after our room.
