"We had the all inclusive option, which gave us access to all the other hotels owned my playa los arcos. In doña Susana there’s not really much going on, but the pool on the main hotel is really nice, and right next to the restaurant and bar. The food was amazing and the staff provided probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We also received an upgrade to a room with a balcony due to it being our honeymoon trip, which was really nice! No microwave inside the room, but we truly didn’t need one, since all the food we had was fresh and made on the spot! Also, the AC inside the room was life saving and always worked perfectly"

"ive been coming here for many many years and you cant beat the location and price. We love the small size of the resort and it has everything you need. The last 3 times we came we had to switch rooms due to mildew smell and visible mold in some rooms on the walls and ceiling. This past trip we tried to get switch due to the mildew smell and had to wait til the next day. it was almost impossible to sleep. If you get lucky with a more updated room without the mildew smell its great. if not it can ruin your whole trip!"

"We really enjoyed the Mexican Fiesta on Friday evening. We enjoyed the food, at both the buffet and the restaurant. The staff was friendly. The pools were always packed, and sometimes it was hard to get service at the pools. One thing we would like to see improved are the drinks. Some beer options other than Modelo and Corona Light would be nice. Maybe an IPA or some craft beers. The Tequila was not good quality; thus, many of the drinks were not very good. But all in all, we had a great time."

"We had a great experience at this resort and would definitely come back. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything felt easy and relaxing from start to finish. The food and drinks were consistently good, and there was always something available without long waits. One of our favorite parts was the spa—our massage was amazing and super relaxing. We also did a private dinner, which was a really special experience with beautiful setup and great service. The resort itself is well-maintained and has gorgeous scenery, perfect for photos and just enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, it was a stress-free, enjoyable trip and a great choice for a couples getaway."

"The special meal area should be on the beach not outside under the kitchen fans the meals from it also came stone cold. The restaurant really needs to control the birds like previously we always had to guard our food as well the chairs always had bird feces on them our clean table as birds were flying over and dropping feces. Please go back to having the falcon person there. Rooms need updating new kitchen ware as well as maybe microwaves."

"Very funky hotel. We stayed in the Gabriella room (one of the generic King bed rooms) and loved it. Our view from our balcony was awesome!! We took full advantage of the pools and got a few delicious Pina coladas from bartender upstairs. Highly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop pool. Hotel staff was all very helpful and kind and answered any questions we had. The room had very fast working AC, the shower in the washroom had hot water and a luxurious showerhead. They also provided nice bathrobes in our room which was a nice bonus. The location of the hotel was also great, I would take a walk on the Isla since you’re right beside it and see all the cats. It’s also a quick walk to soo many awesome places in Zona Romantica. "
