This hotel was really great. One of the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in. Whilst we didn’t have breakfast the food in the hotel was very good. The staff were excellent. One of the bar staff, Mike was the most friendliest person, polite and the service he provided was 2nd to none. Infact, all of the staff were exceptional. Definitely would recommend this hotel. One drawback was its location, I didn’t like the amount of beggars hanging around the street that the hotel was located in.

The Hotel was very nice, with clean and comfortable room and friendly staffs. It's a pity that the surrounding areas, with alot of construction and road works, were noisy and inconvenient.

Very nice location. Breakfast buffet is really good and satisfactory. Room is clean and front staff are very friendly and courteous. Thank you, Courtyard by Marriot. We will be back.

The check in was such a breeze, the staff is very nice and also very helpful to tell us the location to watch the firework for the new year! The hotel location is super convenient, very walkable around the main attraction

The location and price were great, especially for the time of year. The breakfast was good but a little over priced. Daniel, at the front desk, was helpful and very kind. The one concern we had was the lack of safety in the bathrooms. The glass half-wall moved and was very unsafe for old people trying to take the big step in and out of the bathtub.

Great location near train station. Would recommend if you’re visiting Munich and would need to hop on the train to get to another location. Staff speaks English very well and were very sweet and helpful!

Nice hotel. Comfortable and reasonable price. Area wasn’t the best part of Munich. Super dirty and trash everywhere outside of the hotel and a lot of sketchy people. The hotel was safe though…. Lots of security measures.

The stay at the property itself was good. It's a nice, clean hotel located in close vicinity to the main train station which attracts the kind of businesses you'd expect in that area. The hotel staff only spoke broken English and German. They charged me twice for a third night that I had canceled in advance and according to the travel policy. Two months after I am still waiting to be reimbursed. This is very poor customer service.

Nice property. Conveniently located - close to main central station, old town, grocery store and bakeries. However, the area is very busy with lots of people around visiting the different types of establishments (bars, adult entertainment shops etc…)…one can/does get immersed with the locals. Also, at this time, there’s quite a bit of construction going on in the area.

The property was an ideal location, clean and had dining options which is great. The staff in front (during the day) seem to be understaffed and stressed due to it. We needed a cab for six to get to the airport with luggage and they did not specify this when they called. Due to time constraints they said they were only able to get us two cabs (which would mean DOUBLE fare) to get to the airport. We mentioned this and the staff person shrugged her shoulders like saying so what. Luckily we were able to get our own cab (van size) to get us to the airport. Under stress that was not cool and left a bad experience to what would have been a perfect stay.

You can easily walk or take public transportation to any attractions. The outside of the hotel you will see a mix middle eastern restaurants which didn’t expect but it was fine. Grocery store and pharmacy was close by too. Inside bar restaurant was very nice.
