A fantastic motel to stay at.

What’s fantastic person the owner, Cheryl is!! Friendly and helpful!! She’d double booked so she gave us her whole house to use!! The property was very well maintained and even came with a semi tame weka!! (A NZ ground bird) A cereal breakfast, milk, yoghurt and filter coffee we’re left for us!! Even the wifi was strong!! The rooms and bathroom were very comfortable and I would fully recommend this motel. I would love to stay again even though I’d get a much smaller room!!

We loved this location, being a perfect spot for us to explore the West Coast. The check in went well and the staff (owner) was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and cosy. While the shower/bathroom was small it was still enough room for a couple. We would have preferred curtains rather than blinds as once it was daylight outside it was still getting inside the room.

Beautiful Host ..Cheryl was lovely Cabin was delightful, clean, warm and had everything we needed. The cooking plate was a great surprise, we were able to cook our own dinner, NZ Black Angus steaks. Beautiful
