Rooms were spotless with amazing breakfast and dinner menu's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Novatel has great views of Juhu beach and we found an amazing person called Raju( +91 91729 05057) who showed us around Mumbai and Film city. Highly recommend both Novatel and Raju.

Very courteous and attentive staff. Breakfast was awesome. Club lounge happy hour was great. Airport shuttle was on time with a nice van. New Year’s Eve party was great! Near the beach. Good restaurants (especially Sampan!). Room was clean, neat, with a nice view. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommend the Novotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for wedding shopping trips, leisure, or anything else.

Room was just okay, not great, carpets were dirty, I think rooms could use some upgrade with new carpets & fresh paint & wall decor. Had requested a crib, which was delivered two days later after multiple reminders. The crib was very old& dirty, felt like it was falling apart & pulled from some attic. Novotel was famous for its huge magnificent breakfast menu.. but post covid this was my 2nd stay at Novotel and they are still limited on their breakfast menu. The taste has also gone downhill. Other than this, the service is excellent and no other complaints or suggestions as everything else was perfect !
