Both the room and the hotel could use a makeover. The friendliness of the staff and management made up for the deficiency in the hotel decor. Specially if one was too consider the cost for the superior room was just INR 6500. The room was spacious with a round table and two comfortable chairs. We stayed for 5 days and 2 of those days, we got some delicious dosas otherwise the breakfast was just meh.

Loved the room with the view. Room floor needed sweeping under whnr I walked in - was tracking some dirt or particles. The feedback is that the fan in the room has a light which doesn’t serve any purpose & goes on everytime you turn the fan on - hard to sleep if you just want the fan on.

Two nights stay very comfortable.Great location, not very appealing from the outside though. Room facilities good. Breakfast acceptable. Very pleased with their service for airport collection, as I was late coming out. Sadly their organised taxi and promise of packed breakfast for 4am departure was disappointing, as neither appeared.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Toilet is unclean & stinks, linen supplied was dirty. Air Condtion was not working, staff was inhospitable, a pathetic stay & hopefully never to be seen place in life.

This hotel is too expensive for what it provides.. Staff dont ever talk to you,the room was nice and clean but no hot water...ive required a driver to show me around..the hotel's arranged a guy called ali to drive me around..he was rushing around..didnt take care of what i need and was wasting my time trying to take me shopping...overwall..pics looks much better than the hotel..never again!!!!

Shabby but comfortable enough

We were only in this hotel for one night, and it provided what we needed - a bed for the night and a free transfer to the airport. It was a little shabby and quite noisy, but adequate for our needs. It is very convenient for Juhu beach, which is a big plus.

it is kings national rather than international....

No interaction between Reception counter management and the service (Room Service) departments. Staff are not multilinguistic ones, apart from local language, no staff are much understaning english or hindi languages.

Economy Hotel

Airport transport services are free and prompt . It is in a good and safe locality, Surrounding is not clean enough. Evening is live and lot of people, eating joints nearby. It is a very old hotel, so as the linens in the hotel rooms. We had problem with the refrigerator, and Air conditioner. There is a locker safe in the room and it is safe. Service is good and people are nice.

Worst hotel in Mumbai

I chose this hotel as it was in Juhu close to where I was doing work...but when you enter the hotel - the lobby looks - as if you are entering a third grade hotel in some remote godforsaken place....the lift is scratched, moves slowly, is not clean...when you enter your room - the room door latch is broken (#704), there is no tea kettle, a window AC desperately tries to croak...everything is unclean, shabby, dirty and atleast 45 years old (when was this place last painted?)...ohh I forgot the seepage...the breakfast - they take you to a next building!!....and now for the cherry on the cake - the bathroom - sink had 4 large cracks, the window is small, crampy, dirty and there is no hot water!, the shower head is so old - it is ready to fall on your head...never never stay in this place - even if they give you for free...let alone pay anything and stay here!!
