"We booked a room here because we were attending a concert at Spotlight 29. Check in was easy and they worked hard to get us a room on the bottom floor as we are seniors. We dropped our bags inside and left for the concert only to find it had been cancelled! We decided to drive back home and sleep in our own bed as we live only and hour and half away. We checked out at the desk and told them what we were doing and that we never used the room, only placed our bag inside. Well guess what! They refunded our money! We were so happy! Thank you motel 6 manager! My only negative is that the area is not the best. A lot of homeless roaming around and upon leaving there were cops arresting someone down the street. There were several motels on this street and it looked about the same. The other motels were twice as expensive. "

"Very nice property, clean, modern, easy to book and host Val was super with communication.Large rooms, plenty for big families, the pool was in good condition. Garage space was a nice plus for parking. Nice neighborhood, gated community, close proximity to amenities, 15-20 minutes to Palm Springs."

"The Elevator broke on our first day there. Many older guests had to travel 1-4 stories to get to our rooms. It was horrible and felt like we were losing breath. "

"When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel. It needs to be shut down. "
