Check in und check out hat gut geklappt via App ohne Schlüssel. Etliche Mängel wie lose Steckdosen und Lampen, defekter Toilettendeckel, verschmutztes Geschirr im Schrank,usw. Undefinierbarer Fleck an Schlafzimmerdecke,Rauchen auch auf dem Balkon verboten(bei Verstoß 250 Gebühr,vorher in Inserat nicht ersichtlich), alles in Allem würde ich es nicht empfehlen...
