"Staff were friendly, its in a good place, bedrooms were clean, but overall it's very rundown. Threadbare carpets, musty smell in corridors ETC. But this reflected in price. No breakfast option, but Cafe on the cop over road was a good place to go."

"The reception staf was helpful but not very polite. Room was nice but was cold in the morning as heating was switched off.. Id rather have no heating in the evening under the blanket then to wake up into a cold room. "

"Good communal area for children and staff were pleasant. However there was a very strong unpleasant smell thoughout the hotel and in the rooms. There was also large stains on the carpet in the hallways which were wet - we assume they had been recently cleaned. Breakfast was ok - however they had ran out off pastries when we attended at 9.30. Overall unlikely to stay again due to cleanliness/smell. "
